www.ntv.co.ke Starting 1st March, motor vehicle insurance companies will re-introduce a premium rating structure aimed at rewarding accident free drivers with lower insurance premiums. The Association of Kenya Insurers has announced that the structure known as the Non Claim Discount – will at the same time penalise drivers with bad accident records.The insurance industry lobby has also announced that it is installing an integrated motor insurance data system that will assist in the detection and prevention of fraudulent motor claims.
