i want to get a prepaid credit card to buy things online. do they sell these cards at walmart? can you keep adding money once its empty? try www.netspend.com. i just did it a couple of weeks ago to fund an online poker account that wouldnt accept regular credit cards. it’s really easy to do. fill out the info online. then they send you the card in the mail. no fees at all up to this point. once you have the card there are a number of ways to add funds to it. with netspend, i used the “locator” on the web-site and found …
