How do I close a Mastercard credit card? Anyone done this?
All I want to do is close my Mastercard account. I called MC and the idiot told me that I would have to write a letter. This cannot be accurate. Does Mastercard have a website or this support agent the “B squad” and mistaken on procedure? You might as well write a letter. I’ve heard other people say that a letter is required.
