Does EBay accept visa prepaid credit card the one you buy in the stores. Yes, they do. . .but regardless you HAVE to sign up for Paypal now to pay for items. You’d just register your prepaid card through them. Ebay just recently changed their policy – Paypal is the ONLY way you can pay now.
