Utah Senator Orrin Hatch speaks at the memorial service for Sen. Edward Kennedy at the JFK Presidential Library in Boston. “I sorely miss him,” he says. Hatch breaks out the handkerchief at the end of Part 2, and reads a poem he wrote, dedicated to Kennedy, at the end of Part 3.
